Back to losing!

Yippee I was dreading weigh in after last week's disappointing one and having had a weekend in London where I totally went off points. And I haven't exercised as much this week as I have hurt y ankle.
But the good news is I have lost 2 1/2 lbs since last Friday and now I am:
Date: 26th March
Weight: 9st 10 lb
Loss/Gain: -2 1/2 lbs
BMI: 25.7
Classed as: Overweight

But I only have 4 lbs to go to be in the right weight range for my height.
BRING IT ON!!!!!
