Getting there!

This morning's weigh in was a bit disappointing even though I lost weight. I was really hoping to get to my first stone off mark this morning but I was short by 3/4 lb. I know I should be happy with what I have lost but I am a little frustrated - I was so sure I was going to get my stone off.

Classed as: Healthy - Just!!!

The new me.

People are beginning to comment on my weight loss and I was due a hair cut, so I thought that I would have a new look.

I love it!!!
But the best news is that I ordered some size 10 clothes from Next and I fitted into all of them. I have never been a size 10. I am so pleased with myself. The work trousers are a bit snug but a few more weeks should resolve that.
Here is me in my size 12 clothes that are all bit baggy now - especially the trousers!
All the hardwork and perseverance is paying off!

Think I have got the hang of this now

I lost another 1.5 lbs this week and so that is 11.5 lbs now since 26th Feb. Am very happy with that loss as it is my time of the month and so I didn't expect to lose at all really - expected a gain. Only 2.5 lbs more for my stone.
I only need to get another half lb off to be in my "healthy" weight range - for the first time ever!!! It has only taken me 20 odd years to get there

Classed as: Overweight - need to get to a BMI of 24 to be classed as just right.

I have found that I need to eat all my points, drink lots and exercise plenty. I have run 3 times this week, cycled 15 miles, walked briskly for 30 minutes everyday in my lunch break and done a Davina DVD. I am loving all the exercise and feel like a new person.
Yesterday 4 people commented on how much you can notice my weight loss - that makes it all worthwhile!

3 lbs off

Official weigh in today and I have lost 3 lbs. I did have another sneaky weigh in yesterday and was 9 st 7 1/4lb but then had lunch out, and friends round for chinese last night so was back to 9 st 8lbs this morning - but I am totally happy with that.

Classed as: Overweight - need to get to a BMI of 24 to be classed as just right.

Sneaky weigh in

Is it wrong to have a sneaky mid week weigh in?

My hubby gets cross at me for doing it but I think if things are not looking good weight wise mid week, then you have a couple of days to claw it back.
I weighed myself this morning and was 9st 8lbs. I was well chuffed but then I have done lots of exercise this week and drank lots of water and eaten all my points. Hoping I can keep this up for Friday's weigh in and maybe be even less.

I got to this weight in December 2008 and stayed like it for one weigh in and never managed to get down to this weight again. And then I lost my enthusiasm and slowly put lots back on. But this time with the help from Weight Watchers, I will get down to at least 9 stone and maintain!!!!!

Gutted - put on again

Somehow have managed to put on a pound. Have hurt my ankle so my exercise has taken a serious drop this week. I have been swimming twice and done an hour of Davina this morning. I have stuck to the plan religiously yet again but maybe have saved too many points. It is very frustrating!!!!
