Early morning start

I was very good today. I got up at 6am and was out the door by 6.15 doing my run. My plan says that I should run for 2 minutes and then walk for 4, but it was just too cold to walk for that long, so I ran for 2 minutes and walked for 1 minute - did that for 30 minutes and almost 3 miles. It felt great!!! I definitely need some new trainers though.
