Well I weighed myself today I am the following:
Date: 19th March
Weight: 9st 12 1/2 lb
Loss/Gain: +1/4 lbs
BMI: 26.2
Classed as: Overweight

I am so gutted. I have ran or walked 2 miles everyday this week and done an hour of Davina workout and yet I have gained. I have followed the WW plan to the letter and had 20.5 points left over this week. Perhaps I need to be eating more of my points.
Too fed up to write much!
